Identity Access Manager

We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Data Services function.

  • Ensure native user data is aggregated to Onecert and processes/procedures are followed without deviations.
  • Perform monitoring activities to ensure data quality and monthly metrics are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Refresh user data to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, source, convert and upload user lists to Onecert.
  • Conduct strict adherence to established process to generate reports and follow defined escalation process.
  • Fulfil requests raised by business/stakeholders to source user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Establish/participate in active collaborations with external teams for user lists sourcing.
  • Highlight/mitigate risk pertaining to IAM process and The Bank.
  • Support IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM process.
  • Demonstrate good working etiquette, strong teamwork and communication to the team.
  • Undertake periodical review and other exercises in relation with application security for compliance to current procedures/processes and implement enhancements.
