You will be working closely with our Director of Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand equity, awareness, and sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans that meet business objectives
  • Supporting new product innovation launches from concept to market
  • Leading integrated marketing strategy and execution including creative campaign development, digital marketing, email, PR and social media
  • Developing agency briefs and project timelines to execute key initiatives
  • Managing end-to-end creative strategy and ensuring alignment with consumer insights

We are looking for a self-starter with a growth mindset who can lead and execute projects with minimal oversight.

You will possess:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector with expertise in brand building and innovation
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated understanding of financial aspects of marketing
  • Excellent organizational, planning, project management, and execution skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with exceptional team building skills
