UK Visa Guidance Advisor

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for assisting students with their higher education pursuits in the UK.
Key aspects of the job include:
- Student Support
- Guide students on UK study inquiries, including eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, and scholarships.
- Explain visa requirements and application timelines to students.
- Assist with fee payment and scholarship options.
- Convert student inquiries into registered applicants.
- Collect and verify documents from students.
- Submit files for document assessment through designated partners.
- Follow up with partners for offer letters and address any delays.
- Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and foreign exchange guidance.
- Prepare CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) documents.
- Prepare students for CAS interviews by conducting mock Q&A sessions.
- Fill out and verify UK visa forms.
- Assist with financial arrangements, education loans, and required supporting documents.
- Submit final visa applications through partner systems.
- Help students with pre-departure tasks, such as accommodation and ticketing advice.
- Maintain regular communication until the student departs.
