Job Role

This is a leadership role that involves technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • To lead the team in driving automation to ensure repeatability and resilience.
  • To work with management and other technology stakeholders to implement best practice, tooling, and methodology to enhance capability and quality of service provided by the business.
Operational Management
  • Manage Production environments with appropriate governance and agility.
  • Ensure project and change releases are packaged to the right quality and deployed to target environments without issue.
People Leadership
  • Provide skilled resources to Project/Change Leads suited to delivery.
  • Manage a team of Test Environment Engineers & Middleware specialists.
Governance & Risk
  • Ensure SLAs are met (Environment Availability, Responsiveness to Requests etc).
  • Percentage of Releases/Deployments to Production without issue.
