Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Efficiency Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency in the production process through time studies, elimination of non-value-added activities, and integration of tools and machinery to optimize lead times.

You will work closely with the Industrial Engineering team to ensure smooth operations and consistent productivity improvements. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed time studies, identifying and reducing non-value-added activities, implementing solutions to reduce lead time, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct Detailed Time Studies: Analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Eliminate Non-Value-Added Activities: Introduce suitable tools and techniques to streamline production processes.
  • Implement Solutions: Add and optimize machinery to reduce lead times.
  • Collaborate with Industrial Engineering Team: Work together to improve process efficiency.
  • Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Ensure best practices in production engineering.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with Industrial Engineering teams or as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of production processes, tools, and machinery, and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
