Automobile Technician Position

Are you a skilled automobile professional looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking an experienced Automobile Technician to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to diagnose and repair scooters efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.

Customer Handling:

  • Key Skills:
  •   Provide exceptional customer service by receiving customers with a smile, greeting them politely and professionally.
  •   Verify service requests made by customers and update the system accordingly.
  •   Converse with customers over the phone and in person regarding repair updates.

Diagnosis and Repair:

  • Key Skills:
  •   Analyze and diagnose scooter issues to identify the number and type of repairs required.
  •   Update diagnosis reports in the Workshop Management System (Getafix).
  •   Perform repairs and conduct final inspections on vehicles.

System and Process Handling:

  • Key Skills:
  •   Track customer complaints in Zendesk and update the system in real-time.
  •   Operate the Workshop Management System (Getafix) with 100% adherence.
  •   Update operational status and ETA on both CRM and WMS systems.
  •   Monitor scooter health through Telematics Command Centre.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Key Skills:
  •   Be knowledgeable about OLA Scooter and able to repair/replace all parts.
  •   Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV news bulletins.

Process and Operational Compliance:

  • Key Skills:
  •   Adhere to processes at Experience Centre and ensure bays are clearly marked.
  •   Handle invoicing and payment collections.
  •   Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.

Inventory Management:

  • Key Skills:
  •   Audit inventory and ensure system and physical inventory match.
  •   Process GRN and maintain inventory at Experience Centre.
  •   Manage warranty part reverse logistics to Mother workshop.

Health and Safety:

  • Key Skills:
  •   Wear uniform and protective gear while repairing scooters.
  •   Use protective gear and handle tool kits properly.
  •   Ensure fire-fighting equipment is in place.

Requirements:

  •   Only male candidates will be considered.
  •   Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post graduation.
  •   Minimum experience: 6 months in an automobile industry in the service sector.

Benefits:

  •   Salary: ₹19,000-23,000 CTC per month including PF+ESIC+Incentive.
