Dussel Contract Pvt. Ltd., a leading construction and interior company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Goa. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive marketing plans across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content development.
  • Brand Development: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and materials that align with brand messaging and engage target audiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage and deliver complex marketing projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.

Estimated Salary: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
