Digital Manufacturing Systems Transformation Expert

This position is responsible for leading end-to-end diagnostics across plants and value streams, with a focus on baseline KPIs such as OEE, FPY, throughput, and cost/unit. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology domains.
The role involves designing and delivering cost-out programs, including Lean/TPM, yield and scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, maintenance strategy, and network/footprint. Additionally, the successful candidate will shape Industry 4.0 roadmaps, run pilots-through-scale, and drive change on the shop floor through client capability building.
Key responsibilities include building business cases, benefit-tracking models, and presenting to CXO/Board members. The candidate will also orchestrate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners, focusing on data, cyber, and safety aspects.
As a leader, the individual will coach and manage consulting teams, contribute to proposals, and provide thought leadership. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, along with self-motivation, innovation, and teamwork abilities.
Required skills and qualifications include prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs, managing teams, and possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams, and have excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
