  • Gathering and analyzing client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Designing and developing business solutions in cloud environments.
  • Curating and brainstorming approaches to client needs.
  • Meticulously understanding client requirements for custom solutions.
  • Estimating efforts around multiple approaches and narrating pros and cons.
  • Developing and customizing various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
  • Implementing integrations with external systems.
  • Writing clean and efficient code using C# and JavaScript while adhering to coding standards.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the CRM system.
