Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of NetSuite modules, particularly Advance Revenue Management and Zone Advance Billing.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving requirement discussions with clients, translating business requirements into well-architected solutions across all areas of NetSuite.
  • They will lead the design of custom solutions according to client specifications, create solution user stories, estimation, design documentation, project and implementation plans aligned with business objectives.
  • The candidate will demonstrate thought leadership in NetSuite, educating clients on best practices adherence across implementation teams.
  • They will oversee client delivery quality for assigned projects, coordinating with onshore teams to complete project activities, drive project plans and milestones.
  • The successful candidate will drive all phases of project implementation life cycle, from requirement gathering to go-live preparations with clients and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on NetSuite knowledge is required to configure, unit test and deploy solutions.
  • The candidate will deliver as an individual contributor and be able to lead a team of Consultants, Developers and/or Solution Architects.
  • Absorbing new product and technical capabilities from NetSuite and Zone & Co from new product releases is essential.
  • The candidate should be keen to learn new partner products and solutions around NetSuite.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior resources, owning responsibility for ongoing configuration and grooming resources on projects, overseeing client delivery quality on assigned projects.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 9 - 15 years of functional, hands-on NetSuite experience, out of which 4 to 5 years implementing Zone Billing.
  • Lead consultants on multiple NetSuite implementations and Zone Billing.
  • The candidate should have experience leading NetSuite & Zone billing projects front-ending with clients.
  • Must possess strong communication skills, proactiveness, fluency, interpersonal skills and manage task assignments for yourself and within teams. Must have problem-solving ability. Monitor and drive issues to resolution.
  • The candidate should have led client discovery sessions, conducted system walkthroughs, and led delivery for NetSuite implementation projects.
  • Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant and Admin is a must.
  • The candidate should have worked on at least 8 to 10 end-to-end fully cycle NetSuite implementations & 10+ Zone Advance Billing Implementations.
  • B.E or MSc Computer Application or CPA or CA or MBA in Technology qualification is preferred.
