Coupa Consultant Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support for procurement and expense management, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the procurement platform.
  • Support integration between the procurement platform and other enterprise systems.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
  • Liaise with vendors and technical support teams for issue resolution and product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in procurement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and financial processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Procurement certifications or training.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
