Key Responsibilities:

  • Define target audience and create user-friendly documents that conform to company writing style guidelines.
  • Document new product features and maintain existing documentation versions, including user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical documentation with a focus on clarity, completeness, accuracy, and usability.
  • Source product information from agile meetings, specifications, supplemental materials, and discussions with subject matter experts.
  • Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality and contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
  • Suggest screen labels and error messages to enhance customer experience (UX).
  • Develop and edit a variety of documents, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with onsite trainers to deliver required document content.
  • Demonstrate exceptional English writing skills, as well as knowledge of MSTP and experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Utilize strong decision-making, planning, research, attention to detail, and teamwork skills to drive results in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio.
