Senior Software Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Delivery Lead with a strong background in software development and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a software developer, proficiency in one or more programming languages, and hands-on exposure to software delivery processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software projects. They will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software projects.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Own the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and demos.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts proactively.
  • Oversee task breakdowns, sprint tracking, effort estimations, and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong command over at least one programming language or framework.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and development pipelines.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Requirements
  • 8–12 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a project management or Scrum Master role, and prior experience as a software developer.
