Key Role in Shaping Brand Identity

As a Creative Lead, you'll craft visually compelling stories across digital and print touchpoints. From social media to pitch decks, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual language of our brand and ensuring design consistency across channels.

You'll have the flexibility to work remotely or alongside a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging content for website pages and social media platforms.
  • Create infographics and supporting visuals for articles and blog content.
  • Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.
  • Design event materials such as banners, booths, and merchandise.
  • Build professional presentations for pitch decks.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
  • Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of design experience in marketing or creative agencies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Web development skills for building landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design practices.
