Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day financial activities. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting month-end book closure.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Excel, Zoho Books, and core accounting principles with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, AR/AP, and general ledger management. This role requires excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Operations: Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Record and reconcile journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Invoicing and Collections: Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and collections.
  • Tax Compliance: Handle GST, TDS compliance, and related filings.
  • Closing Activities: Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Record-Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books/Zoho Finance.
  • Audits and Reviews: Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Zoho Books, and core accounting principles.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, AR/AP, and general ledger management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
