Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing data architectures that drive business growth.

As a seasoned professional in this field, you will lead the connection between engineering, product, and analytics/data scientists teams to design and implement batch ETL pipelines that ensure seamless data flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data architectures that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with engineers and data analysts to build reliable datasets.
  • Work with data orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Dagster, Prefect) to streamline processes.

Requirements include 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture and models, solid expertise in Data Modelling paradigms (Kimball, Inmon, Data Marts, Data Vault, Medallion), and experience with Cloud Based data strategies and big data technologies – AWS Preferred.

Additional requirements include strong SQL skills, including query optimization and index designing, ability to use advanced SQL concepts and statistical concepts through SQL, and experience with PostGres SQL extensions like PostGIS.

Preferred qualifications include expertise writing ETL pipelines combining Python + SQL and understanding of data manipulation libraries in python (Pandas, Polars, DuckDB).
