Internal Control Professional

We are seeking an experienced Internal Control Professional to join our team. As a key member of our internal audit team, you will be responsible for conducting independent reviews of internal controls, ensuring timely reporting to management and stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to facilitate the completion of mandatory Statutory/Corporate/Asia reporting requirements and review adherence to US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards, and our company's internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant certification with more than 8 years of experience in internal audit/accounting audit/internal control roles, including at least 4 years in a Big 4 environment. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting standards is essential.

  • Conduct independent on-site internal control reviews and ensure appropriate & timely implementation of control processes and corrective actions.
  • Undertake special projects to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation.
  • Thoroughly assess all areas of risks and implement complete and effective risk management strategies across all functional areas.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices across the APO region.
  • Support location management teams for Operational & Financial audits.

Key qualifications include:

  • Chartered Accountant certification.
  • 8+ years of experience in internal audit/accounting audit/internal control roles.
  • Big 4 environment experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting standards.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
