Job Opportunity

As a derivatives trader, you will be responsible for managing firm capital using systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies across multiple asset classes. You will have the flexibility to trade multiple products and take full responsibility for pricing, execution, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating positive cash flow on a consistent basis and with strict risk discipline.
  • Maintaining risk exposure within firm parameters.
  • Continuously analysing and adjusting strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data. Researching new strategies.
  • Building and deploying systematic or semi-systematic strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years buy-side trading in futures at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, family office.
  • Demonstrated success in managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns.
  • Strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management and regulatory compliance.
  • Full accountability for trading decision-making, PnL, and drawdowns.
  • Adaptability to different markets - trader should be able to trade contracts with different underlying assets, diversification encouraged.
  • Key skills: Consistency, structured decision-making and strict risk discipline.
