Job Overview

The company seeks a skilled professional to manage and maintain its IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To oversee database administration, including backup, migration, and archival activities.
  2. To design, implement, and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage in accordance with established standards and project/operational requirements.
  3. Daily monitoring of system resources, verifying and reviewing hardware, server systems, and key processes.
  4. To investigate and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure for internal teams or clients via phone or email.
  5. Performing regular updates and upgrades as necessary to ensure system stability and security.
  6. Developing and maintaining installation and configuration procedures and system standards.
  7. Building and maintaining virtual server environments using VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Citrix.
  8. Traveling to client locations (domestic and international) as required by the organization.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux commands and working experience with RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu.
  2. Installation and configuration of Web Server, Application Server, and Database servers in Linux Environment [Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL etc.]
  3. Knowledge of Windows domain, computer networking, and scripting.
  4. Working knowledge of Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud RHEL or similar OEM certification.
