Job Title: Lead Engineer in AI-Powered Platforms

Are you an expert full-stack developer with a passion for AI/ML integration? We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our engineering team and drive the development of our next-generation AI-powered platform.

Our platform delivers interactive, role-based experiences at scale, blending AI, workflow automation, and immersive interfaces to serve enterprise, education, and professional development markets. As a Lead Engineer, you will work closely with senior leadership to take ownership of the technical vision, accelerate feature delivery, and ensure long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate AI-driven workflows and interactive experiences
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate high-level concepts into robust technical solutions
- Implement multi-layered AI orchestration using frameworks like LangChain, vector databases, and memory systems
- Ensure seamless integration between front-end, backend, and AI components
- Manage timelines and deliverables while maintaining high code quality

Requirements:
- 7–12 years of experience in full-stack engineering with proven AI/ML integration experience
- Experience building SaaS or simulation-based platforms (edtech, gaming, workflow automation)
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React / Next.js, Firebase (or equivalent backend stack)
- Strong understanding of AI orchestration (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector databases)
- Experience designing scalable architectures and leading technical teams
