Job Title: Microsoft System Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft System Engineer to join our IT team at RevClerx Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Microsoft systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, Conditional Access Policies, Intune, MDM, MAM, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for desktop, cloud, and networking issues, ensuring smooth IT operations.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange messaging technology, including internet standards such as SMTP, IMAP, POP, and MAPI.
  • Develop and implement scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and JSON to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to identify and resolve complex IT issues.
Requirements:
  • Advanced understanding of core web technologies, including IIS, HTTP, SFTP, and SSL.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft licensing, especially related to Microsoft 365 A3 and A5 from the command line for a 100,000+ user environment.
  • Mastery of storage technologies in Microsoft 365, including OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience with scripting languages, including PowerShell, Python, and JSON.
  • Architectural and operational mastery of the Microsoft 365 Platform.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring M365 security features, including AIP, DLP, ATP, IAM/RBAC, and SIEM.
  • Advanced proficiency with Active Directory and Azure AD, including group policies and ADSIEdit.
  • Demonstrable mastery of core network technologies, including DHCP, DNS, NTP.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Must have B Tech/M Tech BCA/ MCA Degree.
  • Certifications in Microsoft MDM and Intune, security-related certifications, and Microsoft certifications.
