Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate is a skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and video capabilities. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard software.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative visual assets for various platforms, including social media, websites, campaigns, emailers, and presentations.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for short-form and long-form formats (Reels, YouTube videos, event videos, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life visually and maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and platform-specific formats to ensure innovative and engaging content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or FinalCut, etc.
- Experience with Canva, especially for quick social media creatives.
- Ability to edit short-form content for social platforms and long-form content for YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of video color grading, transitions, and sound editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video capabilities.
Bonus/Preferred Skills:
- Motion graphics experience.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Understanding of social media formats, specifications, and audience behavior.
