Digital Solutions Analyst

A Digital Solutions Analyst is sought to join a dynamic team in a challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical and soft skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation and process improvement, with a strong desire to work with cutting-edge technology.

This is an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, and Office 365. The successful candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant business experience in a customer-focused or process-driven environment, with hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms used in enterprise settings.

The key responsibilities of this role include collaborating with process architects, solution designers, and citizen developers to identify automation opportunities, designing scalable automation solutions applicable across geographies and business units, training and enabling citizen developers and Automation CoE teams to implement reusable solutions, staying current with emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact through proof-of-concept initiatives, supporting large-scale automation projects, and contributing to solution architecture.

The role also involves ensuring all automation solutions are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with governance standards, providing training and guidance on automation tools and best practices, maintaining high-quality output, meeting deadlines for deliverables impacting internal and external stakeholders, continuously reviewing and enhancing existing automation solutions, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a positive team culture across global teams.
