At Soho House, we're looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in housekeeping operations, with a proven track record of delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the daily activities of the department, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and grounds to maintain the high standards of appearance expected by our members and guests
- Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to manage budgets, capital expenditure projects, staffing, and compliance with company policies
