Heavy CNC Machinery Technician Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position for skilled technicians who have experience with heavy CNC machinery.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Attending to service and maintenance calls on heavy CNC machinery
  • Troubleshooting issues on HMI screens, electrical/electronic field elements, CNC system parts, PLCs, controllers, and accessories
  • Reading and decoding electrical, NC, and PLC machine drawings, ladders, and other documents
  • Dismantling and reassembling CNC machine parts with precision and expertise
  • Analyzing difficult situations, solving problems quickly, and applying good maintenance standards and practices
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role

Additional skills and qualifications required include:

  • Experience with troubleshooting CNC HMI screens, electrical/electronic field elements, CNC system parts, PLCs, controllers, and accessories
  • Strong ability to read and decode electrical, NC, and PLC machine drawings, ladders, and other documents
  • Proficiency in analyzing difficult situations, solving problems quickly, and applying good maintenance standards and practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
