This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Compliance Assistant Manager – Finance. As part of our mission to maintain the highest standards in statutory compliance and financial governance, we are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to assist in managing compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely filings and compliance with Companies Act, 2013 regulations.
  • Handle corporate restructuring, share capital alterations, and other statutory filings.
  • Draft board resolutions and maintain statutory registers.
  • Coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies on ROC-related matters.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate maintenance of Books of Accounts.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-3B).
  • Prepare and file annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
  • Manage CMP-08 returns and GST refund processing.
  • Liaise with GST officers for clarifications and follow-ups.

Compliance and Regulatory Expertise:

  • Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013.
  • Understanding of GST Laws.
  • Expertise in Income Tax Act.
  • Familiarity with FEMA Regulations.
  • Awareness of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax Laws.
  • Knowledge of RBI Guidelines and Reporting Requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
