Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Job

A Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing exceptional employee relations services to ensure a positive staff experience. This role involves managing succession planning and collaborating with the HR Director on strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class employee relations services to deliver an excellent staff experience
  • Assist the HR Director with Human Resources strategy
  • Manage succession planning with senior managers during bi-annual appraisal processes
  • Manage employee relations issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability
  • Support managers to ensure success of their teams
  • Ensure recruitment and selection process adherence and perform immigration checks
  • Support departmental training requirements
  • Complete management reports for head office and region
  • Control costs and assist in meeting hotel departmental financial targets
  • Manage pay reviews, absence monitoring, and wage queries in line with company guidelines
  • Complete training for hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
  • Collaborate with local organizations and schools to promote the hospitality industry
Requirements
