Job Overview
The Business Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, leveraging domain expertise in Aerospace & Defense, and fostering strategic relationships with key customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate Alignment between cross-functional teams to implement BU strategy.
- Nurture long-term partnerships with industry experts and key customers.
- Promote efficiency across functions to secure strategic deals and scale the business.
- Analyze return on investment for engagements and manage scope of committed work.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in STEM from an Indian institution.
- 10+ years of total work experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
- Established connections or work experience with Aerospace/Defense ecosystem or supply chain companies.
- In-depth knowledge of Electronics, LRUs, Avionics, HIL, SIL, etc.
- 5+ years of Sales/Business Development experience.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
