Additionally, a dedicated Lifestyle Manager assists with miscellaneous home requests, from decorating to planning holidays, taking care of children or the elderly.

Our Lifestyle Manager plays a crucial role in delivering this life-transforming service. Armed with professional attention, prompt service and strict quality controls, they help customers with various tasks, such as sending flowers on birthdays, reminders for paying bills on time and recommending the latest home products. Our team of lifestyle managers are trained to research, analyse and shortlist the best products and service experiences for our customers.

As a Lifestyle Manager at Pinch, you will be responsible for customer onboarding, solution deployment, partner management, customer lifecycle management and customer feedback & service improvement. You will work closely with our central partner ecosystem and local quality partners to bring about greater efficiency and satisfaction to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Understand the prevailing context in a customer's life, explain how Pinch can help ease their life and onboard them seamlessly onto our ecosystem of services.
  • Solution Deployment: Define and agree upon interventions needed to fulfil customer requirements, deploy trained domestic helps and undertake periodic supervision of their work.
  • Partner Management: Work with our central partner ecosystem and onboard local quality partners to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Have deeper dialogues and conversations with customers to ease them into the Pinch journey and educate them to adopt a wider range of our services.
