Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Billing Engineer to join our team at RC Project Consultancy (RCPC). As a key member of our construction project management team, you will be responsible for managing the billing process from site to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study tender documents and verify the BOQ as per purchase order
  • Prepare project bar charts and site infrastructure plans in AutoCAD
  • Maintain the drawing register and identify required resources
  • List out materials and prepare indents
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare budgets and cash flow projections
  • Calculate asset requirements and prepare BBS for client certification
  • Maintain ERP data related to planning and budget
  • Register vendors and prepare work orders
  • Maintain hold and hindrance registers
  • Prepare daily progress reports and enter DLR/DPR data in ERP
  • Prepare bought-out item lists and PRM data on a monthly basis
  • Conduct labor and material reconciliations
  • Prepare client and labor bills on a monthly basis
  • Analyze costs using Activity Based Costing (ABC)
  • Prepare internal and client Minutes of Meetings (MOM)
  • Identify extra items and submit rate analyses
  • Prepare cost comparison data
  • Document records and control as per ISO requirements
  • Prepare data for PO amendments and project close-outs

Requirements:

  • B.E./M.E. Civil or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 2-10 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
