We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team.

This hybrid role requires a creative thinker who can drive the user experience and interface design for our core product while also taking ownership of our public-facing websites.

The ideal candidate is proficient in both disciplines, capable of creating intuitive, user-centric product designs and building complex, interactive websites.

The successful applicant will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and ensuring a seamless experience for our users across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage the end-to-end process for new product features.
  • Translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces.
  • Conduct research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful user interfaces.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience in Webflow development and management.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures and dynamic content.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
  • An impressive portfolio highlighting your UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
