Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their concerns.
  • Drive freight sales for Domestic Container Train operations, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Manage records related to all participated opportunities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings, informing marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing and Container sales activities, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of related resources and activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Liaise with operations and finance departments to ensure marketing and sales activities align with overall business objectives.
  • Propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for first and last mile of CTO business, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Maintain commercial records, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of work experience in Domestic CTO industry with commercial/operation department.
  • Knowledge of domestic CTO regulatory framework.
  • Familiarity with freight-related policies of railways, including GPWIS/SFTO/GCT.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Contract finalization experience, particularly in transportation, handling, and storage related contracts.
  • Experience working in Domestic Rail Movement.
