Lead Designer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of performance-driven marketing creatives, expertise in online design and video tools, and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute marketing design initiatives, including digital ads, landing pages, social media creatives, video graphics, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic, result-oriented designs that support program growth.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all design and communication materials and touchpoints.
  • Manage a team of designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate team output and design quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or fine art.
  • 6-9 years of creative experience within an agency or startup environment.
  • Proven experience leading creative projects and managing high-performing design teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and ChatGPT) to enhance creative workflows.
  • Expertise in online design and video tools like Canva or Figma and Invideo.
  • Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing performance-driven marketing creatives (ads, landing pages, videos) with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Able to work effectively in a strong cross-functional environment and drive feedback from analytical and creative partners.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Passionate about learning the latest in design through online courses and workshops.
  • Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential as we are a globally distributed team.
