Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and optimize vendor relationships at AcquireX. This role is pivotal in navigating Amazon's marketplace, ensuring our products thrive through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth & Strategy
    • Develop and execute sales strategies on Vendor Central and Seller Central, analysing performance metrics to identify opportunities for price optimization and product promotion.
    • Monitor SKU performance to ensure healthy sales velocity and product ranking, implementing data-driven strategies for bundling, promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Vendor Central Management
    • Negotiate favourable terms with Amazon Vendor Managers to enhance sales margins.
    • Handle purchase order management to ensure timely fulfilment while minimizing discrepancies.
    • Optimize revenue through effective demand forecasting and order management.
  • Seller Central Sales Optimization
    • Create and optimize product listings for maximum visibility, ensuring they are SEO-friendly.
    • Strategize around Amazon's A9 algorithm to improve product ranking and increase organic sales.
    • Manage Buy Box strategies and competitive analysis to maintain compliance.
  • Advertising & Marketing
    • Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to boost product visibility.
    • Collaborate with Vendor Managers on promotional opportunities through Amazon's marketing channels.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyse sales trends and key metrics through Amazon Business Reports.
    • Provide regular reports highlighting achievements and challenges in meeting sales targets.
    • Work with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 7 years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts with a focus on sales growth.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through these channels.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's algorithms, SEO practices, Buy Box strategies, and sales metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a history of securing better trading terms.
  • Proficiency in using relevant analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in Amazon Advertising (PPC) and running promotional campaigns.
