Job Description

We're seeking a Procurement Associate to join our team. This role involves driving innovation and working closely with used car dealers to ensure they participate in car auctions and negotiate higher bids.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned dealers are retained every month through continued transactions on our platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, be able to handle multiple leads, and maintain a disciplined approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all Used Car Dealers in a given area and ask them to take part in car auctions.
  • Convince dealers to give a higher bid.
  • Ensure assigned dealers are retained every month through continued transactions on our platform.
  • Ensure Month On Month growth in dealer transactions.

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads.
  • Disciplined approach to achieving sales targets.
