Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 5 years of IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
  • At least 3 years of experience in designing and configuring SAP US Payroll.
  • Experience in - SAP payroll configuration from gross payroll to net payroll (preferably on US).
  • Knowledge on BSI tax factory and tax configuration, Garnishments Configuration.
  • Off-cycle payroll definition and processing.
  • Integration with SAP FI and third-party FI.
  • Knowledge on PCR will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on post-payroll activities.
  • Must have WT configuration, Payroll execution, Schema flow, Testing etc.
  • Willing to work in US hours shift.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
