**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Solution Architect Lead. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic thinking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring adherence to IT standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of QAD-mfgPRO ERP systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. They will also have experience in project management, vendor partnership development, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of software systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and constraints.
  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive process improvements and optimize system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with QAD-mfgPRO ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in influencing senior-level management and stakeholders.
  • Experience in medical device or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and data analysis skills.
