Job Opportunity: UX Research Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a UX Research Intern. As an integral part of our product and design teams, you will play a key role in uncovering insights that shape the future of our platform.

About the Role:

  • Conduct user interviews to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Perform heuristic evaluations to spot usability issues and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark products and highlight opportunities for innovation.
  • Identify themes and insights from qualitative research, including interviews and feedback.
  • Assist with surveys, data collection, and quantitative analysis to uncover behavioral patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement research plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development.
  • Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and measure outcomes.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A Strong Foundation in UX Research: Familiarity with basic research methods (interviews, surveys, competitor analysis) and a strong interest in human-centered design.

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Bonus: Experience with tools such as Google Forms, Figma, Miro, or survey platforms.

Internship Details:

This is a fully remote internship opportunity available immediately. The duration is 2 months, and the commitment is approximately 20 hours per week.
