Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking an exceptional Landscape Architect to create innovative landscape designs for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Development: Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs for various real estate projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, urban planners, engineers, and environmental consultants for integrated project design.
  3. Implementation: Oversee landscape design implementation at project sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  4. Review and Approval: Review landscape BOQs, cost estimates, and construction drawings to ensure specifications and quantity computations are accurate.
  5. Site Assessment: Conduct site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to support design decisions.
  6. Communication: Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client meetings.
  7. Project Management: Deliver high-quality project work within agreed timelines and budget constraints, ensuring business goals are met.
  8. Coordination: Coordinate with specialized technical consultants as needed, reviewing landscape design options and addressing concerns.
  9. Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Cross-functionally collaborate with Strategy, Costing, Projects, Marketing, Contracting, Procurement, Liaison, and other teams to resolve issues.
  10. Reporting: Provide project updates, reports, and presentations for management information.

Qualifications and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in landscape consultancy and real estate or large-scale development projects.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Experience working on high-rise residential and commercial developments.
  • Knowledge of sustainable landscaping techniques and certifications (e.g., IGBC, LEED).
  • Passion for design innovation, environmental stewardship, and community-centric spaces.
