Role Overview:

As a Senior Consultant Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to join our Transfer Agency BPA, Change Management team in India. This role will involve managing change management activities within India, facilitating business analysis, development, and testing for small changes to large-scale projects and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Lead BA and manage change management activities within India.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise on core capabilities and support new clients and fund launches in core systems.
  • Requirements management – planning, eliciting, analyzing, outlining, and developing requirements by coordinating with business and technology teams.
  • Prepare Business requirement documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria's.
  • Formulate and lead application testing strategies, execute test cases (manual or automated) and review results, troubleshoot defects.
  • Lead the projects by taking ownership throughout the lifecycle of the project and implementation.
  • Serve as a Change Advocate; establish trust within the corresponding business teams; gain enthusiasm within the teams.
  • Work closely with regional functional managers in various processes/projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation.
  • To establish the governance and ensure all projects are delivered as per SDLC and Agile Framework.
  • Focus on leading and developing people through continuous mentoring/coaching.
  • Conducts the full performance management process and work closely with management on staffing decisions.
  • Provide regular management reports to stakeholders and management.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience as a lead business analyst or testing or similar roles. They will have strong leadership, management, and organizational skills to develop periodic goals and manage and motivate team members towards the established goals. They will also have a track record of accomplishment in complex projects and change initiatives, with experience in Scrum, Agile, IT, and product development.
