Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the design and architecture of our platform.

  • Platform Development:
    • Lead the development of scalable, resilient systems using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures

  • Technical Leadership:

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years backend development experience
  • Deep Java expertise (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders - Product teams, Clients, and Cross-functional tech teams
  • Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures
  • NoSQL databases (ScyllaDB, MongoDB)
  • Performance optimization and latency tuning skills
  • Ownership mindset with proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects

Bonus Points:

  • LLM pipelines, RAG, or agentic AI experience
  • Databricks, Spark, or large-scale data processing
  • Travel-tech or B2B marketplace background
  • Full-stack experience with React
