We are seeking a meticulous individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our deliverables. This exceptional individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and performing inspections and tests on incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality standards are met through thorough reviews and testing of content in non-English languages, planning and executing inspection and testing protocols, collaborating with production teams, developing and updating inspection procedures, monitoring risk-management procedures, analyzing problem logs, interpreting and complying with company quality assurance standards, collecting and tracking quality data, preparing and presenting reports and metrics, and overseeing continuous improvement projects.
