Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products.

About the Job:

  • This role involves working closely with our development team to identify and prioritize testing activities, ensuring that our products meet the required standards.
  • You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining comprehensive test plans, cases, and reports to guarantee complete test coverage.
  • In addition, you will facilitate regular QA meetings and participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups in Agile environments.
  • Another critical aspect of this role is to manage risks and deliverables to ensure that testing activities remain within agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • You will work collaboratively with project managers and developers to report and escalate relevant testing issues and challenges that arise during testing activities.
  • An added responsibility is to provide effort and estimates of testing activities required for projects or deliverables when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Software QA specialist.
  • Prior client-facing experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualifications is mandatory.
  • Experience in Agile testing methodologies and best practices is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Automation & Accessibility would be an asset.
