Engineering Excellence Lead

Drives engineering excellence across the organization by leading initiatives, collaborating with teams and championing modern development practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads efforts to improve code quality, automation, reliability and performance.
- Designs, develops and maintains tools, frameworks and dashboards to enhance SDLC efficiency.
- Collaborates with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas for technical improvement.
- Promotes CI/CD practices and automates build, test and deployment pipelines.
- Leads initiatives to improve engineering onboarding, knowledge sharing and documentation standards.
- Analyzes engineering metrics and provides actionable insights.
- Serves as a liaison between engineering, DevOps, QA and product management to align on technical excellence goals.
- Conducts regular assessments and audits of engineering practices, tools and technologies.
- Mentors and trains engineers on best practices for writing maintainable, scalable and secure code.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience
- Operational excellence, process excellence and hands-on experience with biopharma equipment
