Job Opportunity

The role of Digital Content Associate on the Prime Video Live Events team involves performing thorough quality checks on web pages and digital content for Sports streaming.

This position requires the ability to quickly understand the operation workflow tools and continuously adapt and learn new features on the tools, improving acumen to fix metadata issues promptly.

The associate must be aware of key metrics such as productivity (Number of titles processed per hour), quality (defect %age) and delivery/latency SLA, ensuring compliance to these Metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team goals and personal objectives.

A collaborative team player is required, able to suggest improvement ideas to direct reports and enhance the QA process.

To succeed in this role, a graduate degree with exposure to MS office and comfort with numbers, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor are essential. A passion for international sports is mandatory.
