About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to install, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment including biochemistry analyzers and hematology analyzers
  • Ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime
  • Providing technical support and training to end-users
  • Maintaining service records and preparing reports for management
  • Coordinating with the technical team for escalated issues
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic lab equipment functioning
  • Hands-on experience with biochemistry and hematology analysis equipment
  • Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to travel for service calls
