**Educator (STeM Project)**

**Report to**: Sr. Executive

**Main Purpose of the role**

School Educator implements and manages the STEM project activity at the assigned Mission Education centre/School.

**Specialist - STeM Educator**
- STEM Educator implements and manages the STEM project activity at the assigned Mission Education Schools.
- Local Implementation and project management including, planning and delivery, specific implementation of all local level things and governance.
- Achievement of the project objectives
- Performance management and reporting
- The role holder will comply with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Project Execution
- Facilitate the orientation o usage of STEM related do it yourself kits.
- Develop and issues educational content to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
- Establish the rapport with teachers and student for smooth process flow.
- Liaison with Head Master/Centre Head to ensure STEM related activities are incorporated into the lesson plans.
- Responsible for cultivating Student interest in Education and development
- Promote Class creativity and learning’s.
- Help Student 1 on 1 basis.
- Prepare and conduct test on periodic manner.
- Maintain Curriculum.
- Facilitate setting up of science lab and ensuring supplies are adequate.

**_Qualifications_**
- Graduate/Post-graduate (master’s degree) in the Science or STEM Education, Social Sciences, MSW, Sociology or other relevant discipline with the willingness to learn and use innovative techniques
- 2-3 years’ work experience in STEM based project, development programmes, project coordination; experience programmes will be appreciated
