Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our team.

About Supreme Components International:

  • A global distributor of electronic and LED components.
  • 16 offices across 12 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support: troubleshoot computers, email, software, and network issues.
  • Upload stock and inventory files to external platforms.
  • Build and maintain commission reports for Finance.
  • Clean and update CRM data.
  • Manage company-wide updates: upload public holidays into calendars across countries.
  • Support ongoing IT and operations projects: automation, reporting, data accuracy.
  • Use Excel (pivots, formulas, macros) and SQL or light scripting to improve workflows.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Educational background in IT or Computer Science.
  • Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data cleaning.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
