Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to oversee and execute daily accounting tasks.

Maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring timely filing and payment of taxes are key responsibilities of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, prepare and analyze financial reports, and ensure timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, and TCS returns.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, chartered accountants, and manage vendor accounts.
  • Monitor customer billing cycles, process travel-related payments, and handle supplier settlements.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts, maintain clear communication with domestic and international travel partners, and manage recurring activities like salary disbursement, credit card payments, and petty cash oversight.
  • Ensure data security for all financial records and transactions, and support the management team with budgeting, financial planning, and decision-making inputs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role; prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations (GST, TDS, TCS), and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
