Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

As a key member of our global business, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.

  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of digitalization projects ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Requirements Definition: Work closely with business teams to define and document requirements change requests and business needs.
  • Vendor Management: Prepare Requests for Proposals manage vendor responses and facilitate workshops to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Process Design: Design and document business processes including gap analysis requirement management and process alignment across agencies.
  • Team Management: Lead delivery teams in developing and implementing applications collaborating with technical demand teams and managing user acceptance and roll-out planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • BE/BTech or Master's Degree in relevant field.
  • SAP Commerce Cloud certification is highly preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud Hybris and related services with a strong focus on backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud API Backoffice Storefront FE JavaScript/CSS and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud best practices including code quality security authorizations administration user management analytics/metrics upgradation and overall architecture.
  • Experience in e-commerce development in Hybris/Commerce Cloud and manufacturing industry requirements is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to managing tasks and schedules.
